Project Management

The three of us have a total of 94 years of working with the family business.  We combine backgrounds in business (Ted), engineering (Alex) and carpentry (Tom) to form a balanced team that has been successful across the diverse industries of health care, banking, commercial and industrial.

On an average, we employ 15 to 20 union employees (carpenters, tapers, and laborers).
Some of these employees have been with us for over 20 years.

We are able to evaluate and analyze designs from our three different disciplines:

We are uniquely qualified to use historical results from past projects completed in the last several years at your facility for preliminary budgeting.  Another benefit is that we do traditional estimating ourselves, so by the start of each job we are intimately familiar with the project.

Project accounting is accomplished using our software, the most current updated Sage Master Builder for General Contractors.
